About me

I am here to help you stay on track and to keep you motivated through the good and bad times.

I was bit of a chunky kid growing up and into my early twenties. Becoming a coach has helped me develop a far better relationship with my body. Seeing what it has done for my confidence and my love for helping people live happier lives through a healthy lifestyle sees me jumping out of bed in the morning, knowing that I’m changing lives for the better. I’m never just there for the good times but also for when times get tough – because realistically we all know these days will come. Therefore I help teach all my clients the ability to tackle whatever life throws at them.

I believe that my qualifications (personal training, nutrition, cognitive behavioural therapy, pre post natal and more) in combination with my own journey and those of my clients, have allowed me to truly develop the skills to tackle any obstacle they may face.

There is no goal too big or small. Whether you’re struggling with energy on a daily basis, losing/gaining some weight, developing a new skill that you never thought possible, competing at events (i.e. Spartan) endurance based sports, olympic weightlifting, getting you prepped for your first baby or even just developing a work/life balance that helps you be you.

I have been the quiet, overweight guy who struggles in groups. I get it.
With this, I hope that I can pass on the confidence I have gained from my own experience to you. The first step I’ll take with you to truly listen.
